Here at the Bacchus Wine Cellar we are always learning new things about wine. Our goal for this page is to pass on to you what we know. The first step in this project is the History of Wine, which we have written and illustrated for your enjoyment. The next step is to teach you about the different grapes and regions of wine. We have started with just a couple grapes, but we hope to continue to add more.
